Ecological migration can be defined as the forced abandonment of place where people live in order to continue their lives after deterioration ecological balance for various reasons a result negativities they have experienced. In this study, it was tried determine views social studies teachers about migrations due reasons. There search carried out with voluntary participation working Ankara, Istanbul, Eskişehir, Isparta, Kocaeli, Mersin, Ordu, Yozgat and Sinop. Descriptive analysis, one qualitative research methods, used research. Interview questions were sent over internet. consist open-ended questions. As data obtained, found subject inadequate textbooks, that not directly mentioned program, knowledge, skills behaviors students would gain by teaching reduce environmental problems, there also why leave residence will disappeared. When lated field is examined literature, suggestion has been made fill gap lack any study education on subject.
